Engineered at the
point of installation.
A five-application patent portfolio in active filing across the United States and Australia. StoneFast™ engineers next-generation building hardware for the expert tradesperson and the everyday homeowner — at the point of installation, where the industry needs it most.
Built from the ground up.
P. Brown spent decades in the building trades — on real job sites, solving real problems. He watched the same friction repeat across every project: skilled labor stretched thin, homeowners priced out of quality finishes, and an industry where innovation happened everywhere except at the point of installation.
StoneFast was founded to close that gap. Every solution in the catalog is derived from job-site observation, not theoretical engineering. Cost compliance and time equity are treated as engineering constraints, not aspirations. The craft is honored. The barriers to entry are reimagined.
Jurisdictional
Four principles. No exceptions.
StoneFast does not operate on marketing values. Each of the four principles below is treated as an engineering constraint, applied before a product is considered complete.
Innovation, protected.
The solutions are patent-pending because they represent genuine advances in how buildings are made. Protection is invested in because originality is invested in — and both will be defended.
The expert and the everyday.
Every item in the catalog is designed to serve two builders: the licensed professional seeking time equity and cost compliance, and the homeowner picking up tools for the first time.
Craftsmanship, amplified.
StoneFast does not replace skilled tradespeople — it extends their reach. Each solution is built on decades of trade knowledge, engineered to multiply the impact of expertise.
Cost and time, respected.
Building should not require a choice between quality and budget, or between precision and schedule. The hardware is engineered to deliver both — without compromise, every time.
Decades on job sites taught me one thing: the bottleneck was never the labor, and it was never the materials. Innovation skipped the point of installation. StoneFast exists to correct that.
The installation layer.
Skilled labor shortages are reshaping every major construction market. Material costs have outpaced inflation across every category. And yet the tools, systems, and hardware available to builders — professional and everyday alike — have seen remarkably little fundamental reinvention.
The trades do not have a talent problem. They have an innovation bottleneck — and it sits precisely at the point of installation.

ACTIVE WORKS Installation Layer · The Industry Frontier
StoneFast recognized these structural pressures before they became headlines. The company was built on the premise that genuine innovation at the installation level — not incremental product improvement, but architecturally new approaches — is both commercially overdue and globally necessary. That conviction is now patent-pending.
Building responsibly. Building protected.
The IP protection strategy is deliberate, phased, and global. Genuine innovation deserves genuine protection — in every market where StoneFast intends to build.
Two nonprovisional patents filed. Three more in the same filing period.
The first two of five planned nonprovisional patent applications are filed — concurrently in the United States (USPTO) and Australia — establishing a common priority date across both jurisdictions. Three additional applications are prepared for filing within the same period to extend protection across the StoneFast catalog. The simultaneous US/AU approach, recommended by patent counsel, prevents either filing from constituting prior art against the other. Trademark applications proceed in parallel across both geographies.
PCT international application — WIPO
A Patent Cooperation Treaty application filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization, covering the full US filing set — preserving rights across 150+ member countries from a unified filing. The phase locks in global priority and triggers an international search and preliminary examination for each application in the portfolio.
National phase entry — priority markets
Entry into national phase across priority commercial markets including the European Union (EPO), United Kingdom, and Canada. Each jurisdiction's patent office conducts its own examination based on the PCT international search report. The phased structure allows market validation and commercial partnerships to inform final jurisdiction selection.
Patent grant and portfolio activation
National patent offices issue grants following examination and prosecution. Issued patents activate StoneFast's commercial licensing strategy — creating an internationally protected IP portfolio positioned for licensing revenue, joint venture negotiations, and enterprise distribution agreements.
Licensing is the architecture.
StoneFast's commercial model is not limited by geography. The construction challenges the patent-pending solutions address — housing affordability, cladding performance, installation efficiency — are global in scale.
International licensing is designed into the business architecture from inception. Rather than building a single-market product company, StoneFast is establishing a multi-jurisdictional IP portfolio specifically to enable licensing partnerships, enterprise distribution agreements, and sovereign-backed procurement across priority markets.
The PCT framework enables StoneFast to maintain patent rights across more than 150 countries from a single international filing — creating the broadest possible basis for licensing negotiations and market entry decisions.
A US-only patent portfolio protects one market. A PCT-backed global portfolio positions StoneFast for international licensing revenue, joint venture negotiations, and significantly higher IP valuation — commensurate with the scale of the markets being entered.
— StoneFast International IP StrategyThe brand is also protected.
The trademark architecture mirrors the precision of the patent strategy — structured in tiers, filed deliberately, and designed for the long-term integrity of the brand at every level of commercial engagement.
